I have been streaming at 6mb/s upload with 20up and 400 down. However, for the past two weeks I have been unable to stream due to unstable bitrates. My upload speed will randomly drop from 6mb/s to 1mb/s or less and Torrent downloads depend on number of factors. The most important are your internet connection speed, your ISP and the number of seeders for the torrent you are downloading.
The download speed and the installation speed is incredibly slow. A few times now I have been forced to leave my PC on over night and hope it finished by the next day. Xfinity speed test is 83.6 down and 5.8 up. I expect there to be some difference between the the two , but earlier it was a huge gap not so much now.
