Afwall+ app cannot separately block wifi and LTE, when using VPN at the same time. It can only block the whole VPN connection for chosen apps. On Android Nougat it was possible to use Xposed Framework based app called X Firewall. It worked perfectly. However, Xposed Framework is not available on Android Pie. Thank you for your help.
