The short answer is no. The long answer is yes, but if you're not really into computers it wouldn't be very easy, or useful. The 360 was designed to play games (obviously), so it's optimized for that purpose. It has a custom triple-core 64bit Power-PC IBM processor. Power-PC was what older Mac's ran on, and many servers back in the day.
Prepare the HDMI cable and then plug one of its end on the HDMI port of the Xbox One. The HDMI port is usually placed at the back of the console. With this, insert the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port of the laptop. It is worth noting that some laptops do not possess a port for HDMI.
